| Worked Today: Start: 3:20PM Breaks: 5:15-6:30PM (Dinner) & 9:00PM (20min) End: 10:35PM First half: Begin Tech/Run Through of Act1/ Dress Parade. Second half: Tech/Run Through entire show/ Dress Parade. *Jake was Paul for 1st run through *Clint was Paul for 2nd run through | Notes: Cast in Attendance: Full Cast and Crew |
| Sets: -Nail the table down that’s between the two doors -Using a different Cyrano forest projection -Need to use batten 6 instead of 5 for the masking -Unless AA seats are in the way, we are not going to move them from the orchestra pit -Small hole/dent in bottom platform of staircase -Need a curtain on the carriage window | Costumes: -Due to light change, will not need Eileen dressed up as Cyrano -Outstanding: 4 soliders costumes, Richard’s pants and shoes, -George wedding ring -Gloves for Roxane -Ethel’s hair discussion -Ethel and Roz will change into their Cyrano and PL’s costumes backstage during Act2 |
| Lights: -All additional light cues in Ron’s script -Need more light on Charlotte (SR) when she says “Coward” pg. 20 | Sound/Music: -All additional sound/music cues in Ron’s script -Need taxi honking pg. 112 |
| Props: -Mickey Rooney poster ETA? -Do we want all of the soldiers to have weapons? -Garment bag needs a big bow on it -Telephone ear piece popped off (on prop shelf) -Wall sconce (that Howard shoots) and gun worked great -Per Mary Ellen’s request, and sent this to Barb need: 1) a white sign w/ red letters that says “Street Exit” placed on SR juliett wall (so when you open that door audience can see it). 2) A sign that says “To Stage” inside an arrow pointing SR placed behind swinging door (maybe put it on a piece of wood, attached to stair railing?), colors red and white. 3) need black masking/curtain or batten 3(?) behind the closet + dressing room doors to conceal backstage from the audience. -Proper way to tie Howard up with Rope? -Tape all lamp chords under tables so they’re hidden -Need: 2-3 extra letters to Roz, extra copy of Variety, one more layer of chalkboard paint | Blocking: -Ethel enter SL on “More coffee!” pg.85 -Reworked top of the show: Cyrano will be the only one on the turn table as it moves, the soldiers will be hidden (SL) behind screen. Everyone will be positioned on the stage, not the turn table when running the scene -Need to work on Roz, George, Ethel’s entrances and exits during Private Lives: they had no room between batten 1 and door frame. |

Erik practice roll onto mattress. 1:45PM- Crew practice spinning turn table 1-2 times. by 1:50PM- Mics are on and checked. Called @ 2PM- Full Cast and Crew, Begin Tech/Run Through/ Dress Parade. 5-6:15PM, Dinner Break. Called @ 6:15PM- Full Cast, get ready with full costumes, MU, hair. Called @ 7:15PM-11PM- Full Cast and Crew, Run Show. *Clint is Paul for 1st run thru. *Jake is Paul for 2nd run thru (arriving at 5PM) |
