| Sets: -Need fog and haze for top of the show -Carriage: used for the first time, worked well -Screens SL & SR frames have been built -2x3 screens on SL & SR to cover set/set pieces for scene changes -Barb sketched Cryano and Private Lives backdrops: chose inspirational images to use, will be on Batten 1 -Nail the table down that’s between the two doors -Balcony railings ETA? | Costumes: -Eileen(?) will be dressed as Cyrano, but only see their back from the orchestra pit (pg.104) -Outstanding: Nikki, Clint (need to find General jacket), Richard (1 suit), Paul (tux and street clothes), Howard (1 outfit that is not a suit, but dressy enough to impress), George (street clothes?) -George/Cyrano: trying on costume pre Thursday rehearsal -Charlotte needs a watch -4 actors will be dressed up as soldiers at top of Act 1 (Jake, Art, Ben, Eileen) |

| Props: -Roz WON’T wear an engagement ring -Need a Mickey Rooney movie poster, Tamar and Mary Ellen to discuss further -Need: black drape or pc. of fabric that can cover carriage, masking/draping/pile of clothes to conceal George behind iron board, 2-3 extra letters to Roz -Do we want all of the soldiers to have weapons? -Garment bag needs a big bow on it -Charlotte + Roz switched suitcases -Telephone ear piece popped off (on prop shelf) -Wall sconce (that Howard shoots) placed above the wig shelf by vanity | Blocking: -Charlotte: put on blue jacket when you enter with your suitcase (Act1) -Adding lines in Act 1, Sc 1: George(Cyrano) “Roxane , on the King’s service?” followed by Charlotte (Roxane) “Yes, in the service…” -Ethel enter SL on “More coffee!” pg.85 |
